King Tech has an immediate opening for a Test Engineer supporting testing and validation of C2 Communications and Intelligence C4I software systems.
Position Summary/Description:
Specific experience within the GCCS-M and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) required. Must have experience with functionality, interoperability, compliance, and security testing. Ability to perform mandatory security updates and maintenance releases. Experience shall include Mandatory Security Updates and Maintenance Releases.
Essential Duties:
Functional testing of Navy and Marine Corps C4I systems, specifically GCCS-M Group Level (GL) 4.1.X.X and GCCS-M Force Level (FL) 4.1.X.X (including Waterspace Management (WSM), JEM/JWARN, and WebSked), Command and Control. Personal Computer (C2PC) 8.0.X, JADOCS, and TBMCS.
T&E support will consist of but not limited to COMPOSE, CANES, ACS, and TSCE test environments, as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of Host Base Security System (HBSS) policies to include verifying and updating HBSS Policy Layout Guides (PLG).
This effort includes performing installation and T&E engineering at operational C4I sites afloat and ashore that utilize GCCS-M and/or C2PC.
Qualifications Required:
- 1 year of experience
- DoD Secret Security Clearance
- DoD 8570.01-M Baseline IT Level I and IAT Level II certifications.
