主要工作职责

负责生物样品的制备和处理，然后进行下游质谱和蛋白质组学相关的检测和研究
负责LC-MS/MS和LC-HRMS等质谱仪的维护和日常使用
负责蛋白质组学实验的方法开发和优化、蛋白质提取及样品管理
负责样品处理的QC监控和质谱数据分析
按照要求及时准确完成实验记录与归档
与项目负责人和其他团队成员进行有效沟通，及时更新项目进展、解决问题和技术支持
完成上级安排的其他工作

教育背景及经验

大学本科学历，分子生物学，分析化学、生物化学、蛋白质科学、生物工程或其他生物相关专业
有制药、生物技术或CRO公司1-2年工作经验为佳
具有使用高分辨率质谱仪（QE-HFX/timsTOF Pro等）和其他供应商的质谱系统（Thermo高分辨率质谱OE240或OE480）进行定量LC-MS/MS方法开发和样品分析的工作经验
具有高通量自动进样处理器或自动液体处理器的经验

技能要求

具有处理和分析蛋白质组学的实践经验，包括样品处理、建立和优化新方法
能熟练操作SDS-PAGE、高分辨质谱、HPLC等蛋白质组学实验仪器
清楚了解LC-MS/MS蛋白质鉴定、标记/未标记定量蛋白质组学的原理，并熟悉应用
精通Proteome Discover等蛋白质组学数据分析软件
掌握日常英语阅读和书写
积极主动、能独立工作，责任心强，学习能力强
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
