The Role


As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for running the full sales cycle at Lawmatics. With a maniacal focus on prospecting and generating new business opportunities in the legal industry, specifically targeting law firms. Your primary focus will be to prospect, garner interest, set and perform demos and generate revenue.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven individual with a passion for prospecting, running impactful demonstrations, and closing business.This position is Hybrid based in La Jolla, California working in-office Monday-Wednesday, and remotely Thursday & Friday.  

What You’ll Do


  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold call, email, video prospecting, Linkedin, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the legal industry, specifically targeting small to medium-sized law firms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, video, social, etc. to understand their current challenges and how Lawmatic can solve those challenges
  • Conduct product demos to prospective customers, both individually and in groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to drive long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

What You’ll Bring


  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS and in a professional service industry or 3+ years of outbound SDR experience with a proven track record of being a top performer ready for their opportunity to run the full sales cycle
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience with outbound sales prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and demonstration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and work a high volume of leads, opportunities and successfully manage your pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools, such as Salesforce, Salesloft and other sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

San Diego pay range$60,000—$119,000 USD
