We have won thousands of cases for clients and have secured hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients and their families.Position SummaryThe Veteran's Disability Practice Administrator serves as a strategic leader within the Veterans Practice, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all legal assistant functions.
This role is responsible for overseeing personnel management, task completion, and daily operational workflows to support the mission of the Veterans Practice. Additionally, the Practice Administrator will drive the implementation of scalable business operations and process improvements to support growth and enhance efficiency. The role requires a proven track record in managing large teams, analyzing and tracking business metrics, and fostering personnel development in a legal or high-volume, task-driven environment.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee a dedicated team of non-attorney legal support staff, including handling recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the Veterans Practice by optimizingworkflows and ensuring task completion.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of standardized processes to scale operations and drive efficiencies.
- Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to evaluate and improve team and process effectiveness.
- Oversee personnel development initiatives, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities to support development.
- Collaborate closely with the Section Lead and firm leadership to plan and execute initiatives that align with the Veterans Practice’s strategic goals.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

- Proficiency in business metric tracking and reporting.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-department coordination and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of support operations and task management within a law firm or a high-volume, task-based environment, such as a call center.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
- Experience leading in high-volume environments, such as large law firms or call centers, with a focus on managing and optimizing task-oriented work.
- Preferred: Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in a related field.
- Strongly Preferred: Certified Legal Manager (CLM), Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- 3+ years of direct supervisory experience managing teams of 10 or more in a legal or support environment.
