RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Guest Repairs:
- Process inbound and outbound repairs daily (ship and receive) to/from customers, Shinola Retail Locations, and Wholesale partners.
- Log product, guest, and repair information into Salesforce.
- Stage and prepare guest repairs.
- Able to support business needs to accommodate holiday schedule, training and customer needs.
Process Transfer Orders:
- Process inbound transfer orders sent from warehouse for repair.
- Stage and organize watches by SKU.
Communication:
- Have open communication through Salesforce, Teams and Outlook with leadership and supporting departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Customer Service
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Package Zen, FIFO, Microsoft AX, Outlook and Teams preferred.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
