This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting various departments within the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies to meet team requirements
- Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers
- Monitor contracts and performance to ensure services meet organizational needs
- Assist with the setup and distribution of computer equipment and accessories
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT service providers to address technical issues promptly
- Provide regular reports on various operations, as assigned
- Act as the main liaison for property management, addressing facility needs and concerns
- Coordinate office maintenance and resolve building-related issues
- Oversee the management and distribution of employee badges
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms
- Handle the management of incoming and outgoing mail and packages and ensure timely and accurate distribution to team members
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to take on special tasks / projects with limited direction and oversight
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
