BitGo is looking for a
Tax and
Accounting Assistant based in Germany to advise on various types of Finance (entering incoming and outgoing invoices in the invoice book etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Entering incoming and outgoing invoices in the invoice book
- Pre-sort and classify receipts
- Preparation of payroll accounting
- Preparation of Bookkeeping before month end accounting
- Support during Audits - Provision of information and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support with budget and financial planning
Requirements:
- Completed in-depth training as a tax clerk or business studies, ideally with a focus on taxes/accounting/controlling
- 3+ of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and tax law
- Ability to work in a team and communication and organizational skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working
- Proficient use of DATEV and MS Office applications as well as English language skills required
- Previous knowledge of preparation of wages
