This leadership position is essential in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of drilling operations, with a particular focus on advanced monitoring techniques, simulation modeling, and the use of KPIs to drive performance and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee real-time monitoring and tracking of drilling operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Direct the execution of hydraulic, torque, and drag simulations to improve drilling operations.
- Lead efforts in managing and analyzing KPIs, implementing continuous improvements to enhance operational outcomes.
- Develop and lead the planning and implementation of preventive measures to reduce operational risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align optimization strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Drilling Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drilling optimization and monitoring.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing teams to achieve drilling efficiency and safety goals.
- Advanced knowledge in drilling simulation tools and optimization techniques.
