We're a collaborative and results-oriented Team, and we're looking for someone to join us and push the boundaries of what's possible in paid media.The OpportunityAs our Media Director, you'll be responsible for leading and growing our paid media division.

You'll work closely with our Strategy + Data, Creative, and Client Service departments to develop and execute data-driven media plans that meet and exceed our clients' business objectives. You'll also be responsible for managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, overseeing a Team of media specialists, and staying ahead of the latest industry trends.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven media plans across a variety of channels, including Google (paid search & Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), The Trade Desk (programmatic across all channels including DOOH), TikTok, and others.
  • Manage department-wide media budgets and planning with Director of Finance
  • Negotiate and secure the best possible deals with media vendors
  • Oversee, mentor, and inspire a Team of media specialists
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the paid media landscape
  • Analyze media performance data and recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Strategy + Data, Creative, and Client Service Teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Report on media performance to clients and various stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in paid media management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk, and emerging platforms
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving media landscape
  • Experience managing and mentoring a Team
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the CRM and loyalty marketing space
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with attribution modeling
