About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with 4-6 years of experience, preferably within the gaming industry, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful products. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our product strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet market needs and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
- Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with YGG’s goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, designers, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
- Develop detailed product requirements and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and manage project timelines effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for experience in the gaming industry.
- Proven experience in managing the development and launch of successful products.
- Solid understanding of game development processes and industry trends.
- Interpersonal skills is very important
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and user feedback analysis.
