Coder is on a mission to build enterprise software that makes software developers’ lives easier and keeps them in flow. We are looking for a
Manager, Solution Partnerships to build our solution partner ecosystem, including system integrator (SI) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners.

What you will be doing:



  • Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both the partner and Coder

  • Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)

  • Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement

  • Act as the key liaison for partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities

What you bring:



  • You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in business development and/or enterprise sales

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a partnership role managing and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs

  • A quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships

  • Experience driving partner engagement by facilitating events and trainings

  • Understand complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels

  • Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment

  • Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone

  • You are curious about technology and are constantly learning

  • You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome

  • You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder

We will be really excited if you have the following:



  • Experience at a Developer Tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software provider

  • A track record at both startup and mid-to-large software providers

Interview Process 


We believe that the interview process should be consistent and enjoyable. We hope to get through the interview process in two to three weeks if schedules allow. During this time, you will be able to meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leadership. If this position requires a take-home assessment, we will compensate you for your work and time after completion.
