We're hiring a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the service department's training and execute field training. This role will also be responsible for the overall coordination of the Service Team and will report to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review submitted orders to ensure accuracy as needed
- Oversee teammate training in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standard operating procedures
- Monitor the team's ordering and data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Act as escalated point of contact for homeowners with service inquiries
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all products as well as installation and service procedures
- Contribute to the preparation of service technicians to ensure efficient appointment completion
- Review notes in rForce to ensure team is meeting standards
- Establish and maintain performance standards within the service department
- Establish and maintain a strategic and efficient workflow in the service warehouse environment
- Handle Paylocity oversight, teammate issues, questions and escalations, recommend needed changes within department, and perform quarterly check-ins with teammates
- Complete additional projects or special duties as assigned

Requirements
- 1-2 years of lead or coordinator experience in the construction or service withing a relatable field
- Demonstrate the ability to confidently handle confrontation and conflicts with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to diagnose, assess and solve problems
- Ability to find resolutions, deliver difficult feedback and advise management
- Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimal direction
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities in a timely manner
- Be punctual and dependable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
