The CSA/CA will communicate with external and internal customers, accurately input orders, maintain records, and ensure contract requirements are understood and attainable.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.A bachelor's or associate's degree, experience with contracts, and experience reading blueprints are major pluses!Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs) and WEEKLY PAY!
