- My modular construction manufacturing client is looking for unique production supervisor that has experience in production and has a background in construction.About the Role- Responsible for opening up and shutting down site every day. Responsible for operators in their crew (safety, HR management, performance, updating). Responsible to ensure all production targets are met, operators are trained.Responsibilities-

Qualifications- Bachelors degree preferred OR experience in leadership roles in a fast moving environment.Required Skills-
- Need to be good with ERP systems, excel, power point, etc.
- Need to be self starters, highly motivated, have attention to detail, thorough and high on communication.
- Have to be able to engage personnel to achieve targets while holding people accountable.
- Comfortable in a high performance environment.
- Needs to have some construction background (not all). Ideally comes from a manufacturing background.
- Good attitude and highly communicative in an effective manner.
- Good with conflict resolution and ability to address issues directly.
Construction Skills-
- CFS framing
- Drywall finishing, mud and tape
- Waterproofing (Tyvek, weatherproofing wraps)
- Fire stopping (mineral wool)
- Electrical
- Plumbing (cast iron waste)
- HVAC unit installation (condensate and ductwork)
- Finishes (door/hardware, flooring)
