Job Description
Position type: W2 Contract
Status: U.S. citizen, Green Card
Start: Immediate
Term: 4 months, potential extension
Location: Remote
What You’ll Do
As a non-exempt/hourly employee at Burwood, the Microsoft 365 Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, implementation, and security of a variety of client environments. In addition, the Microsoft 365 Consultant will be responsible for:
Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery
Assess Client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions
Contribute across all phases of Burwood projects (e.g. Scope, Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
You will be required to be hands-on with Power Platform
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements
Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process
Qualifications
Who You Are
You understand common Industry standard business practices supported by Power Platform
Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
Experience and knowledge of working with Power Apps Component framework
Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
Solid understanding of Relational Database concepts
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Office 365
Provisioning and Management Tools
Microsoft Exchange (M365)
Familiarity with scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, etc.
