SUMMARY:


The Campaign Manager is responsible for driving patient referral volume through the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. This role will focus on leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and others to attract and engage potential patients. The Campaign Manager will devise and deploy varying ads/messages/call to actions in order to optimize response rates and ensure efficient CPR through social media, digital, email, and/or direct mail channels.

Campaign Manager will monitor campaigns in-flight to maximize and adjust marketing spend, depending on results and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, proven success in past campaign management, and a passion for creating compelling campaigns that drive results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, aligning with overall project objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective messaging strategies
  • Create and optimize engaging content, including videos, graphics, and copy for social media and other digital platforms
  • Write content for study-specific websites and landing pages
  • Manage and monitor digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics to measure advertising ROI and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Other duties as required and/or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and advertising tools 
  • Experience with video editing software – to create videos for Reels, TikTok, etc. – is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of website design and development tools (e.g. Divi) is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously 
  • Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional groups/teams to effectively achieve business results.
  • Proactive and timely follow-up skills including the ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholder needs as needed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment. 
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks respond to department requests and collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
  • 5-7 years of related job experience
  • 2-4 years client relationship management, project management experience
  • 3-5 years financial and budget management 
  • Successful experience executing project plans, timelines and budgets

Preferred:

  • Previous project management experience in clinical research setting a plus
  • Previous GCP training and certification a plus

ENVIRONMENT:


This is remote position based on the location of the incumbent’s home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and phones.

  • Up to 20% of travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
