Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant(s) to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
- Manage expense reports and process invoices
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated experience in calendar management and travel arrangement
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Certification in office management or executive assistance is a plus
- Familiarity with business operations and corporate environments
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
