About the Role:
The Operations Manager will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring that productiongoals are met with a focus on efficiency, quality, and team engagement. You will play apivotal role in driving operational improvements while fostering a culture of accountabilityand collaboration.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with a record of academic achievement.
- 10+ years of progressive business experience, with multi-level management experience.
- Experience managing manufacturing operations with at least 50 team members.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Syteline).
- A solid understanding of automation and cobots, with a passion for learning and application.
- A proven track record of achieving quantifiable results.
- Leadership experience, such as serving as a team captain in sports or active involvement in community organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical, financial, and operational information to diverse audiences.
