Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Manager at EngFlow, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our sales processes and systems. Your role is integral to ensuring our sales team has the insights, tools, and support they need to perform at their best. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, process optimization, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Management: Design and refine scalable sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, reports, integrations, and data accuracy in hubspot to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Hubspot & Sales Tool Management: Oversee the Hubspot system and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing functionality, and managing integrations.
- Forecasting & Quota Management: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to create accurate forecasting models and establish achievable quota plans.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with sales leaders to maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, helping identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Sales Training & Enablement: Coordinate with sales enablement teams to ensure representatives are trained on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Accounting, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot), sales enablement tools, and data analytics software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
