PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Integration Specialist will be part of a dealer services group. This group is responsible for PCMI’s products focused on automobile dealerships and groups. This role will function in a business analyst and operational capacity. To include operationalizing and assisting dealerships in integrating their DMS platform with PCMI applications.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; meeting project schedules; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with others within the team; articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identify client needs early; and assist the Auto team in driving the resolution of issues.
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis.
- Design and produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least four years related experience required.
- Experience working all facets of requirements gathering, identification and analysis (business requirements, data requirements, functional requirements).
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based teams, including proficiency with JIRA.
- Experience in the area of Software Applications, preferably working with external clients.
- Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services.
- Must have experience working in or with a DMS environment.
- Strong knowledge of dealership processes and the role the DMS plays in supporting those processes
- Technical expertise with APIs and integration, with a focus on DMS integration
- Proficiency in technical writing, specifically API documentation
- Ability to learn and demonstrate expertise in the PCRS system and apply this to requirements capture and design submissions.
- Ability to learn and represent a warranty workflow, business and technical.
