What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives
- Build out features across major software components in our team’s scope, contributing to both frontend and backend improvements.
- Design, plan, and execute small-to-medium project initiatives, collaborating with team members to deliver impactful solutions from start to finish.
- Provide significant contributions to the development and enhancement of a new calibration tool for LineVision’s newly deployed sensors.
- Develop and deploy automation solutions for at least two high-impact workflows, reducing manual processing time by 50%
- Conduct regular pull request reviews, building proficiency in code review and feedback, with the goal of confidently approving PRs within your first month.
- Within Three Months:
- Demonstrate value by completing initial improvements to the codebase
- Deliver small-to-medium impact features
- Gaining foundational knowledge of the company’s technical landscape
- Within Six Months:
- Design and independently implement a small project with medium-to-large stakeholder value
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues within your domain
- Contribute to in-depth design discussions for upcoming work
- Within a Year and Beyond:
- Lead medium-sized projects independently
- Provide technical solutions and handle most bug tickets with minimal guidance
- Show strong stakeholder communication and ownership of deliverables
