C3 AI is looking for a talented

IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.  Assists Corporate IT on the West Coast by providing support for our East Coast Offices/time zones.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.  Refurbishing and re-imaging laptops.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role and have been a global admin at a previous position.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications/cloud services including MS Office, Office 365, Atlassian, Meraki, Surface Hub Devices, Teams Rooms, etc.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
