The Senior Vice President of Warranty Account Management will execute on the account management strategy for the affinity, automotive and consumer business across the United Sates. Additionally, liaising with critical internal resources such as underwriting, finance, operations and legal to help grow and retain our client base.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ work experience in equivalent field.
- Experience in project and account management capacity.
- Team management experience.
Primary Job Functions:
- Ensure that the Account management team has the tools, resources, and systems to achieve current and future revenue and profitability targets.
- Liaison between Account Management and the organization – Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Claims, IT.
- Analyze all business processes as it relates to account management with a goal of creating value for our clients.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and reporting.
- Develop sales support metrics, analytics, and dashboards to report on performance and productivity of in-force programs.
- Develop action plans to grow sales revenue targets from existing clients.
- Day to day account management, general account administration and house keeping.
- Data management to ensure all records are clean, accurate and complete.
- Regular communications and updates to the management team.
- Utilize systems to automate processes and enhance service levels.
- Coordinating and interacting with other departments to drive efficiencies for our existing clients.
- Managing a staff of account managers and overseeing their development while monitoring progress against individual goals.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage project(s) and associated resources.
- Partner with functional teams to resolve issue and implement application enhancements.
- Champion various internal tools, including Monday.com, Hubspot and Salesforce.com.
