As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Senior Technician to join our hardware team. This on-site role is integral to ensuring our products meet the highest standards in innovation, quality, and performance.

Position Overview:


As a Senior Technician at Keyo, you will support our Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes for our biometric hardware products. Your role will be hands-on, requiring expertise in troubleshooting, testing, and validating electrical and hardware components. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to enhance our technology, improve product quality, and help bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with R&D efforts by supporting the design, prototyping, and testing of biometric hardware.
  • Perform QA testing on hardware components and systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components during product development and testing phases.
  • Accurately document test results, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements.
  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a technician in a hardware-focused R&D or QA role, preferably in biometric or similar high-tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hardware testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in biometric or security hardware development.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and industry standards.
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
