We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting while gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and supervising clerical staff. on-site position are M-F, 8:30a – 4p.

Responsibilities:
- Perform professional accounting tasks in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
- Supervise and support clerical accounting staff as needed.
- Serve as a representative for the accounting lead or supervisor in their absence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, or 4 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, theories, and practices.
- Familiarity with standard office practices and accounting procedures.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate accounting reports.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
