This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support executive decision-making. The Senior Financial Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens internal controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

- Lead financial ROI data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of large deal reviews.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
- Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits.
- Provide strategic advice on financial performance and new opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-departmental projects to successful completion.
