We are seeking an entry-level individual for the role of Sales Support Coordinator. This administrative position will focus on programs and initiatives that enable Capsa's sales support revenue producers to execute the core aspects of their job more effectively. Capsa will provide the training required to be successful in this role. This is a remote position and preferred location of candidate is near a Capsa facility (Portland, Columbus, or Chicago).

As a Sales Support Coordinator, your contributions to the team will include:
- Serve as a partner in developing and sustaining complex solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies.
- Manage and support difficult customer billing issues that flow through the sales support team; research and resolve issues.
- Manage contract renewal services and implement solutions for efficient revenue identification and realization.
- Responsible for freight tracking and order follow-up.
- Create and maintain an order survey to capture Net Promoter Score information.
- Manage and produce custom reports for some of Capsa’s national/elite customers such as CVS, Yelp, Philips, Cyracom, etc.
- Work with the full sales support team to prepare and/or update ISO quality or information security documentation.
- Provide project and initiative support to Customer Experience Director and other Capsa team members as necessary or requested.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of full Capsa line and act as subject matter expert amongst peers
- Serve as liaison between sales support as well as finance and operations teams.
- Work with Customer Experience Director to implement larger department vision in support of Capsa corporate goals.
- Provide on-going department training where appropriate and assist in the development of formal training programs.
What we ask of you:
- College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years related experience in a similar administrative role in customer service, sales support or operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
