About the Role:


Reporting directly to the General Manager of a portfolio company, this role focuses on building and expanding a new customer portfolio within a defined national target market. As a true ‘hunter,’ the position requires a self-driven and autonomous professional. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a go-to-market sales plan, executing targeted marketing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving new customer acquisitions. The role also involves managing opportunities through a CRM system and providing regular activity reports.The scope of your role includes developing the overall strategy and creating tactical plans to achieve new sales targets and day-to-day management of sales activities and performance.

Duties: 


  • Source new sales opportunities through business development activities .
  • Present to prospects the products capabilities and value proposition. 
  • Set and meet sales targets, track sales performance, and report results.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
  • Assist with market intelligence, gathering information on competitor activities feeding back to General Manager.
  • Develop your product knowledge and expertly promote the services
  • Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and how they relate to retail products.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively across team, including development, project, technical and support.

Skills Required: 


  • Strong presentation skills in person and over video in Business to Business sales.
  • Strong sales capability with a drive for closing new business.
  • Developing qualified leads through targeting Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Have a strong ethics in serving customers and meeting their needs.
  • Experience in using CRM and managing pipelines.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Preferable to have exposure to hospitality and or retail industries.
