As a Senior Product Designer at Leadpages, you’ll be responsible for:
- Design Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product strategies and ensure design aligns with overarching business objectives and customer success metrics.
- User Research Expertise: Plan and conduct user research sessions, analyze insights, and use them to inform design decisions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to test hypotheses and validate concepts, using feedback to iterate and refine solutions.
- Advocacy for the User: Champion the voice of the user by advocating for their needs and behaviors in decision-making processes while balancing business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data from analytics tools, A/B tests, and customer feedback to measure the success of design initiatives and inform future improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between design, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment and a cohesive product vision, and participate actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to create inclusive experiences that cater to a diverse user base.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools to produce and communicate designs effectively.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Leadpages as a design leader, sharing knowledge internally and externally through workshops, blogs, or conferences, and contributing to the company’s reputation as a design-centric organization.
After 1 Week
- Completed onboarding sessions and familiarized themselves with Leadpages’ tools, workflows, and design systems.
- Reviewed the company’s design system and recent project work to understand design standards and practices.
- Met with key team members, including Product Managers, Developers, and Revenue Ops and Marketing teams, to establish working relationships.
- Identified short-term priorities and immediate design needs with their manager.
After 1 month
- Fully integrated into the design team’s daily workflows, contributing to sprint planning, design critiques, and collaborative sessions.
- Delivered designs for a small, well-defined project or feature, incorporating team feedback and adhering to the existing design system.
- Participated in user research or testing sessions, gathering insights to inform ongoing projects.
- Suggested at least one improvement to the design system or workflow, demonstrating initiative and a fresh perspective.
- Established a rapport with stakeholders, effectively presenting and articulating design concepts.
After 6 months
- Led the design efforts for a major feature or product initiative, from ideation to delivery, demonstrating ownership and strategic thinking.
- Delivered multiple impactful design solutions, improving user experience and meeting business goals, with measurable results (e.g., increased engagement, reduced friction).
- Introduced or refined design best practices, tools, or methodologies to improve the team’s efficiency and output quality.
- Played a key role in updating and evolving the design system to enhance consistency and scalability across the product.
- Mentored junior designers, providing actionable feedback and fostering their growth within the team.
- Established themselves as a trusted partner for cross-functional teams, contributing to long-term product vision and strategic planning.

- 5+ years experience in product design, including UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Product design agency experience with the ability to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered designs and creative problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and make strategic design decisions
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
- Strong ability to handle shifting priorities while maintaining quality.
