About this Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Major Account Executive to join our growing sales team nation-wide, with a focus on serving customers in public safety. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in quota-carrying field sales serving public safety with a focus on major Law Enforcement agencies (over 300 Sworn to Major Cities/Counties). This role requires a 50%+ travel commitment to engage with public safety agencies on-site and cultivate opportunities for revenue growth. We are seeking candidates who reside in the following locations: Western United States,
Responsibilities
Proactively engage and identify opportunities within the territory
Develop relationships with command staff decision makers through establishing trust and ensuring coherent messaging.
Act as the main point of contact on multiple accounts for sales related information.
Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to go over all sales opportunities and provide feedback and resources to help when necessary.
Stay up to date on all opportunities within the territory.
Partner cross-functionally with the Leadership Team, Technical Team and Customer Success team to ensure the end user experience is consistently positive.
Basic Requirements
Must have quota carrying field sales experience and be willing to travel (domestic) 50%+ of the time.
Highly motivated and goal oriented.
Demonstrated client service skills, including: Professional and clear communication, customer stakeholder alignment, trustworthy personality that reflects our brand and attention to detail.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns.
Comfortable talking to people at all levels, especially senior leadership (command staff).
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and motivation to hit sales goals.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Proactive and self-sufficient in the ambiguity of a small team environment.
Passionate about company culture, connecting teams, and effective remote work.
Intermediate working knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM systems.
Experience in the military or law enforcement is not a requirement but may be a plus.

Salary: $126,000 -- $154,000, including variable payShould you receive an offer, please expect that it can fall anywhere within this range. A multitude of factors will determine a fair salary based on scope of role within the organization, years of relevant experience, specific skills, and evaluation of capability to execute in role successfully (among other critical factors).Compensation listed above may also be included in an offer.
