PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. The Cultivation Technician II / Propagation Technician is responsible for a variety of farming duties such as gardening and the upkeep of all plants in the vegetative state of growth, as well as the rooms these plants are found in. The Cultivation Technician II will demonstrate superior communication and knowledge of all SOPs, while maintaining adequate attendance and positivity throughout their tenure with the company. The Cultivation Technician II is also expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Procedures, Productivity, and Quality
- Cutting Clones
- Transporting plants throughout the facility as directed.
- Manicuring clones, Mini Veg, and mom plants.
- Organizing and securing all METRC tags.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of labels, and a variety of paperwork.
- Preparing and loading tables for transplant.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the facility.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the facility.
Working Conditions
- Able to move about a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Able to use equipment such as ladders, lifts, rolling staircases, and scaffolding.
- Able to work in a warm and humid environment performing physically demanding tasks daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds consistently.
- Able to bend and contort to fit in somewhat tight spaces.
- Hours can exceed 40 hours per week occasionally.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and within the region to other locations as required.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations through guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that workflow procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Supervision
- As nonexempt employees, they are directly supervised by the GP1 Supervisors and Manager of Production.
- This employee may be instructed to guide and train but does not supervise or discipline others.

Other Duties
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such as harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
