Pair Eyewear is looking for an experienced self-starter to oversee our 3PL relationship and manage day to day operations (receiving, shipping, inventory control) at our production facility in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in warehouse operations and be able to manage people and create and refine processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of our 3PL relationship, including daily inbound and outbound performance, space planning, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure that all B2C customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner, and any outliers are attended to swiftly.
- Direct the fulfillment of B2B orders to a host of customers large and small, ensuring that we always put Pair’s best foot forward in our delivery of product.
- Assure that our inventory control practices and cycle counting programs are state of the art and adhere to both internal and external auditing standards.
- Manage our operational team at Pair’s production facility: receiving product, conducting putaway and replenishments to our lens and tops production lines, packing out, and transporting to our 3PL.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on planning and execution of meaningful, large-scale projects (e.g. international expansion, peak holiday season).

Need to Have:
- 5-7+ years working in logistics and warehouse operations, in both 3PL and company-owned environments.
- Experience managing logistics for both B2B and B2C customers, with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, including cycle counting and adherence to audit standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams at all levels.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Netsuite or similar tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Netsuite is desired.
At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $135,000 - $145,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
