Full-timeDescriptionAs the Sr. Manager / Director of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities that drive efficiency and support the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize processes.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and enhance efficiency
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align operations with business objectives
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and tools, to support the successful execution of projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by refining workflows, tools, and technologies
- Troubleshoot and remove blockers for staff, improve policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and boost productivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, as well as to present ideas, proposals, and project updates.
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business needs, and to pivot quickly when necessary to accommodate new opportunities or challenges.
- Ability to think strategically and align operational initiatives with the overall business strategy, anticipating future needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of 5 years (Sr. Manager level) or 8+ years (Director level) of experience managing operations teams, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing or agency environment.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing or agency environment
- Experience with Jira, Tableau or similar operational platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing operational processes
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
