We’re currently hiring for the role of a People Ops Specialist / HR Generalist for one of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records.
Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing basic employee concerns.
Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Maintain and organize employee documentation using the latest HR tech stack (e.g., Rippling, Ashby, Slack, GSuite).
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and improvements to streamline processes and support a growing global team.
What We’re Looking For:
Formal education in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, particularly in written correspondence.
Previous experience in HR roles such as HR coordinator, HR generalist, or administrative support in talent acquisition, ideally within a SaaS company.
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency with tools like GSuite, Slack, Rippling, Ashby, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
