We are looking for a
Business Operations Specialist, who can step into the role of driving operational excellence. You will be a member of our highly collaborative Operations team and contribute to shaping the innovative user experience for Bitrise, the leading mobile DevOps platform.As a Business Operations Specialist you will be responsible for securing and improving Bitrise quote to cash process, ensuring that order booking and revenue recognition runs smoothly, in line with our policy. This role will be a key point of contact between Sales, Finance, Legal and backend functions, making sure that order specifics are properly set up and comply with our operational, financial and legal requirements.
The responsibilities also cover working with and maintaining multiple systems such as Chargebee for subscription management and invoicing, Salesforce for CRM and Netsuite for cash collection and reconciliations. The salary range for this position is from gross 650,000 - 860,000 HUF/monthYour main responsibilities will be:
- Order approvals and compliance control from operational, legal and pricing standpoints;
- Invoicing tasks along with setting up customer and product specific information in systems;
- Driving non-standard deals, revenue recognition and cash disputes handling;
- Periodic reporting and forecasting on sales, cash and tax related items;
- Active participation in month-end closes, AR reconciliation, provide reports for audits;
- Collab with sales, operations, engineering and finance on quote & order processing, billing and collections;
- Staying up to date and implementing product, marketing initiatives and pricing changes;
- Operations owned system enhancements, project tasks related to simplification & standardization;
Our basic requirements are:
- 3-5 years of experience in order management or sales support role;
- Navigating through organizational and product complexity;
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Attention to detail, experience in data and systems governance;
- Confident usage of spreadsheets basic formulas & functions
- Comfortable in juggling parallel tasks at once;
What would Knock our Socks off:
- Knowledge of SFDC and other CRM, subscription management & billing systems is a plus;
- Time spent in a diverse, international, start up/scale up environment;
- Professional experience in SaaS, IT or telecom industry;
