WHО WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟


Manychat is seeking a Social Media Manager in Sao Paulo to drive our online presence with strategic vision and hands-on execution. This role demands a creative and organized individual who can develop impactful campaigns while managing daily operational tasks like video creation and editing. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape, coupled with a keen sense for emerging trends and cultural dynamics. Experience as a Content Creator is a major plus, as we aim to transform our social media channels to match and exceed the innovation and engagement levels of leading accounts in the industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀


  • Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness across all of our social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Performance Analytics: Define channel KPIs and measurement methods, and deliver comprehensive reports, showcasing the impact and progress of our social media efforts.
  • Content Creation: Plan, develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar for the platforms above, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and impactful posts across all platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor, engage, and grow our audience across all social media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams, including product strategy, content creation, strategic partnerships, events, and analytics, to ensure a unified brand message across all social media channels and aligned initiatives with overarching company objectives.
  • Tool Integration: Utilize automation tools like Manychat to optimize interactions and campaigns (experience with Manychat is a plus, but a desire to learn is highly valued).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:


  • Proven success as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and social media management platforms.
  • Proven experience making data-driven strategic decisions coupled with a hands-on approach developing and executing robust content calendars.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, including Manychat. If you haven’t used our platform, please sign up for the free trail and try it out.
  • Demonstrated understanding of emerging trends in social media and automation.
  • To demonstrate how you have previously been able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. (To be considered for this position you must submit your resume in English)
  • Availability for occasional business travel.
