Join us as we innovate and focus on seamless solutions that empower our customers to better serve their communities.The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing People & Culture team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in recruitment by starting with sourcing and administrative support. You’ll play an essential role in identifying and engaging potential candidates while supporting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving our hiring goals.This role is based full-time in our Ottawa office.

- Assist in identifying potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify strong matches for open roles.
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates, sharing information about Versaterm and generating interest in our opportunities.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and send communications to candidates, including follow-ups and status updates.
Collaboration and Employer Branding:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements and priorities.
- Provide insights on sourcing efforts, including feedback on candidate availability and market trends.
- Help promote Versaterm’s employer brand through job postings and online engagement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
