Role Overview:


The Chief of Staff (CoS) will be a strategic thought partner to the Country Manager, providing critical support in decision-making, project management, and business operations. This role is ideal for a resourceful and proactive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The CoS will work closely with all departments, helping translate vision into actionable steps, manage high-impact projects, and optimize team performance across ManyChat Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement strategic plans and OKRs.
  • Assist in setting and tracking key performance metrics to monitor company growth and team performance.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for stakeholders, internal teams, and board meetings.

Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee special projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and timely progress.
  • Identify roadblocks and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and accelerate project timelines.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in budget planning, monitoring spending, and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Support HR and talent acquisition teams in fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

  • Act as a primary liaison between the Country Manager and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective information flow.
  • Manage communications with external stakeholders, partners, and clients, enhancing ManyChat’s brand and reputation in Brazil.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged with the company’s mission and progress.

Executive Support:

  • Support the Country Manager with scheduling, prioritization, and preparation for key meetings and engagements.
  • Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare briefings to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operational roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
  • Proven track record in project management, with an ability to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian market and familiarity with conversational marketing or SaaS is a plus.
