We think big, empower each other to present solutions, and are convinced that our customers' success will lead to ours.Occupy a unique position in the market as a Data Engineer, where you will guide both strategy and execution, working closely with stakeholders and junior analysts to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Advanced Data Reporting & Analysis: Design, build, and maintain complex data models, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, insightful reports.
- Strategic Insights Generation: Lead the identification of trends, patterns, and opportunities to guide strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor other analysts, fostering skill development and encouraging best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data pipelines and implement process improvements to optimize data collection and reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data outputs through thorough validation and testing.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share insights, frameworks, and tools with team members to enhance the overall analytical capability of the organization.
What will help you succeed
- A proven track record as a Senior Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally within a B2C software or technology-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools like Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
