Software Engineer - Distributed Systems at Alluxio, What You Will Be Able To Build and Owner：1.The role would include developing innovative solutions for scaling systems to thousands of nodes and providing data durability and high availability. 2.The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who has the ability to come up with creative solutions and lead team members to take them from concept to completion. 3.You would contribute to the product architecture and implement the technical direction, working along with the product management.As the Software Engineer - Distributed Systems at Alluxio, What We are Looking For:1.Having at least 1-2 years in technical leader role2.BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.3.Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, or Go.4.Experience working with two or more from the following is a must: distributed and parallel systems, distributed storage systems, architecting large-scale software systems, and/or security software development.5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6.Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.As the Software Engineer - Distributed Systems at Alluxio, We Would Appreciate If You Have：1.Master’s, PhD degree, further education or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.2.Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, or Go.3.Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.4.Experience contributing to and/or maintaining an open source project.5.Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.6.Contributed or contributing to Alluxio.Apply for this job
