You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, implementing effective sales processes, and managing the strategies that drive consistent revenue growth across our customer base. You will manage a diverse team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and SDRs while acting as a "player-coach," combining strong leadership with hands-on sales expertise.You will serve as a sales and industry expert, taking a consultative approach to identifying customer challenges and driving toward business value alignment.

You Will
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the entire sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Set and drive ambitious revenue targets for the EMEA sales team
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize team performance and revenue growth
- Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team through strategic talent acquisition
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced effectiveness.

You Have
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Experience managing multiple sales functions (Account Executives, Channel Managers, SDRs)
- Experience managing all aspects of the team, including hiring, coaching and development, regular 1:1 sessions, and annual reviews
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
