Key responsibilities ✹


  • Support the field marketing team in executing various activities (lead generation campaigns/nurtures, field events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars and digital tactics) to support our revenue & lead generation objectives 
  • Help manage 3rd party providers (caterer, goodies providers, location renting etc.) 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, brand and communication teams
  • Support the field marketing manager with lead generation funnel process (lead qualification in salesforce, lead assignment, bugs reporting etc.) 
  • Support, track, and measure all marketing programs 

About you 🧑‍🚀


  • Currently enrolled in a business school and looking for an alternance or apprenticeship contract
  • Previous  experience in marketing / event management
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, innovative, creative
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is extremely important
  • Fully fluent French and English and ready to collaborate with an international team

  • First call with a member of the Marketing team to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
  • Interview with Marthe (hiring manager) & CĂ©lia (Marketing associate in Marthe’s team) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
