Role Mission:

LeagueApps Business Operations, Analytics & Strategy Team drives strategic decisions and operational improvements to impact business and financial results. Operating as an internal consulting group, the team provides insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on rigorous data analysis and problem-solving. As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. You will manage multiple priorities, build relationships across the company, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic goals.

 What You’ll Do:


  • Analyze large, multi-dimensional data sets to generate insights and actionable recommendations for department leaders and the management team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company operations to influence department leaders during recurring business operations meetings.
  • Conduct revenue stack analysis, including sales, marketing, and youth sports industry trends (e.g., TAM, market share, competitive analysis).
  • Communicate results and recommendations effectively across departments to guide business strategy.
  • Support ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis for management and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and visualizations for historical results, current performance, and projections to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to adapt reporting and data tools to evolving needs.
  • Partner with senior managers and data analysts/engineers to improve data processes and reporting systems, enabling company-wide data access and literacy.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and project requests.      

Who You Are:


  • 1-2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or data analysis at a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Strong hands-on analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL required; experience with dbt and BigQuery is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and CRM/analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

Compensation & Benefits: 


  • Compensation: $92,409 - $138,613
