Reporting to the Manager of People Business Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping a standout People Business Partnership function. In this role, you will drive people strategies that foster high performance, enhance employee engagement, and support continuous development.

This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record of partnering with leaders to design and implement effective People frameworks and deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do:


  • Develop & Drive People Strategy: Shape and implement People strategies that foster high performance, align with business needs, and enhance the employee experience for Sales teams in the US and Canada.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic coaching and guidance to elevate leadership effectiveness and align with company goals.
  • Drive & Enhance People Programs: Design, implement, and refine people programs that address performance, engagement, and career development, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Drive Change & Workforce Planning: Lead change management initiatives and contribute to strategic workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Use people analytics to guide decision-making, track progress, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Employee Experience: Develop strategies that enrich the employee journey from onboarding to career growth, promoting engagement and retention.
  • Champion Development: Design and deliver training programs that support leadership development and foster a culture of learning.
  • Collaborate with People Operations: Work closely with the People Operations team to align and execute comprehensive people strategies.

About You:


  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with demonstrated success in collaborating with leadership and driving impactful strategies.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of labor standards and HR legislation, with advanced knowledge in key HR practices including talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Program Development: Proven ability to build and implement people programs tailored to the specific needs of different teams or departments.
  • Project Leadership: Skilled in project and change management, with the ability to lead initiatives and adapt strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Maintains discretion and sensitivity when handling personal and confidential information.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator in English, with the ability to communicate in French being a plus.
