PMG is searching for a highly organized, motivated, and analytical individual who is passionate about people and eager to provide world class support to our Global Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate interview scheduling for all candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate travel, including booking and reimbursement processes, to ensure a comfortable journey.
  • Own the team calendar and meetings, including invitations and room reservations.
  • Welcome candidates warmly at our Dallas office, providing engaging tours and overseeing the day’s activities to guarantee smooth and enjoyable interview experiences.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates using the ATS, keeping them well-informed throughout the interview process.
  • Process background checks and monitor the results within the ATS to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with our Recruiters to ensure a cohesive candidate experience.
  • Prepare interviewers by providing them with all necessary information about upcoming interviews and candidate visits.
  • Review and update ATS data regularly to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Generate basic reports using the ATS and other tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) by scheduling interviews, organizing and managing communications, providing on-site event set up and coordination, and contributing in a variety of other ways to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform TA Operations duties, including job description refreshes, Greenhouse administration, and data validation, among other tasks.
  • Contribute to various People & Culture initiatives, as needed.

Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of relevant HR experience; talent acquisition coordinator or executive administration a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Eager to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team
  • Desire to problem-solve; resourceful
  • Interest in process documentation and improvement
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels
