As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead our efforts in supporting our multi-region and data center infrastructure.

You are a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based infrastructure. Your expertise in DevOps methodologies and compliance standards makes you an invaluable asset to any team.You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and are dedicated to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the management and optimization of Hyperproof's Azure-based infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive DevOps strategy tailored to all Hyperproof regions, designing and implementing automated solutions for provisioning and deployment, and ensuring its compliance. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our services in the regions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of extensive experience in DevOps engineering roles, with a focus on managing Azure-based infrastructure.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, adapt, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services and tools, including Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure monitoring solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go for automation and tooling.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Familiarity with or interest in learning about compliance standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, optimizing performance, and maintaining high availability in a production environment.

LOCATION
We're a fully remote company dedicated to finding the best talent regardless of location.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
We respect your time and aim for transparency throughout the interview process. You can expect:
- A 30-minute initial chat with our Principal People & Talent Partner.
- A Take Home Assessment you will work on within the GitHub.
- Three 60-minute 1:1 interviews with members of our engineering team, when one of them will be the hiring manager.
This process allows both parties to ask questions and gauge fit for the team.The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.Remote USA$150,000—$170,000 USD
