If you were with us for a week, here’s a snapshot of what you might have done:
- Tackled the daily essentials: Kept the kitchen tidy, unloaded the dishwasher, restocked snacks, and ensured the rubbish and recycling were taken out.
- Made things flow smoothly: Prepared a meeting room for guests, ordered extra shipping supplies, or checked the printers were stocked and ready to go.
- Kept things functional: Coordinated a tradesperson to fix a small issue before it became a big one.
- Stayed on top of admin: Sorted and scanned the mail, checked voicemails, and passed messages to the right people.
- Jumped in where needed: Met with our Bells Beach Office Assistant to coordinate a process or streamline ordering.
LOCATION AND HOURS
This is a casual role based in our Collingwood office with full time hours. We're also open to candidates seeking part-time hours, provided they are available to work five days a week.
