Product Madness is looking for a Community Manager to join our new NFL mobile game team in Montreal.
If you are an experienced Community Manager, who is passionate about creating a community strategy from scratch, executing it, and leading the community. If you are updated on recent social media trends and enjoy the communication with players. What You'll Do


  • Create and execute the Community Strategy for a new NFL social casino mobile game
  • Design social media campaigns and monitor their success
  • Establish and lead an engaged community of players
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to approve the content
  • Collaborate with the GameOps team to align community events with the game calendar
  • Manage the entire execution process of campaigns and posts from start to finish, including copyrights and videos
  • Collaborate with product and game economy teams on activities rewards
  • Stay updated on recent trends to create fresh content and challenges
  • Conduct surveys to gather community feedback and insights

What We're Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming as a Community Manager similar role
  • Native English speaker with exceptional written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Curious, creative, can think outside of the box for new ideas and solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret community metrics
  • Experience in managing social casino or sports gaming community is a plus
