Account Supervisor
As the Account Supervisor at Gravity Global, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, present, and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives. Your expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, combined with your ability to lead and manage multiple work streams, will drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry. - Plan and direct programs to meet clients' promotional and marketing needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present strategic plans. - Ensure that all agency work aligns with the client’s brand and business objectives. - Develop and execute multi-channel plans, including digital media (paid search, programmatic, digital out-of-home, landing page tagging, digital banners, apps) and some traditional materials (out-of-home/billboards, printed materials and POP). - Utilize knowledge of digital and traditional OOH advertising to enhance client programs. - Project management of program results analysis (done by the media team) and provide creative recommendations to ensure strategic objectives are met. - Establish budgets, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to timelines. - Integrate retail strategy and execution into overall planning efforts. - Leverage cross-functional agency resources to deliver significant insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing or advertising agency experience. - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. - Ability to think strategically and execute daily account needs. - Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to client and agency teams. - Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams. - Experience in integrated marketing campaign activation planning and execution. - Proficiency in managing the execution of digital campaigns and collaborating with digital media planners. - Ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents, including project briefs and statements of work (SOWs). - Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; ASANA, NetSuite, and SharePoint for Project Management.
