About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Courted team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in the proptech/fintech/saas space with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas. You will be selling into Residential Real Estate Brokerages, targeting Managing Brokers, Owners, and Growth Leaders. These individuals are high-energy, goal-driven sales professionals who thrive on making impactful decisions and driving results. This position will execute and own the full sales cycle.This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in our NYC Headquarters (Chelsea) 3 days a week (M/T/Th).

This position offers highly competitive compensation for successful candidates.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share
  • Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets ($1M+)

Requirements:

  • Proactive and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive approach to client needs and challenges, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Salary: $75,000On Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000-$300,000 based on experienceThis salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including years of experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted’s competitive total package, which also includes equity, retirement savings and premium health and wellness benefits.
